Together with our partner ABSOLUTE RUN Düsseldorf, we’ll support you with a structured and varied training programme tailored precisely to your needs.
The RUN ACADEMY by ABSOLUTE RUNDüsseldorf offers a comprehensive range of services to help you achieve this. From professionally designed training plans and group running sessions to individual performance assessments. Our certified coaches have many years of experience in running and will share not only their expertise but also their passion for running with you.
This ensures you’re fully prepared – and can stand at the starting line on the big day with plenty of energy.

D.RUN x ABSOLUTE RUN (free)
Start your week full of energy and in high spirits! From 3 December, we’ll be meeting every other Wednesday evening for a group run through Düsseldorf – past the Rhine and along some of the city’s most scenic routes. Choose between a 30-minute or 60-minute run in a pace group that suits you and enjoy the motivation of the running community.
The run is free and no registration is required – just turn up, join in and become part of the group!
When: 6.30 pm meet-up / 7.00 pm run starts
Where: AbsolutRun Store, Roßstraße 69
Pace: 5:00 – 7:00 min/km
You can leave your belongings safely in the store, and refreshing drinks will be waiting for you afterwards – perfect for a relaxed end to the run.

Marathon training (subject to a fee)
Do you want more structure, targeted training and to prepare yourself perfectly for the 2026 Uniper Düsseldorf Marathon? Then ABSOLUTE RUN’s marathon training programme is just the thing for you!
From mid-January, you’ll be guided step by step towards your personal goal.
What to expect:
A personalised training plan tailored to your goals
One 90-minute supervised training session per week, always on Thursdays from 17:30 to 19:00
One long run per month as part of the Community Run on Sundays
2 theory sessions

No injuries and at least one half-marathon completed
Longest training run in recent weeks: at least 20km
