Would you like to be up close and personal with the Uniper Düsseldorf Marathon 2026, take a look behind the scenes and be part of an unforgettable event? Then you've come to the right place!

To ensure that the marathon is a smooth, atmospheric and safe experience for everyone, we rely on the support of around 1,500 volunteers - and maybe you will soon be one of them?

As a volunteer, you can help out in various exciting areas:

  • Handing out starting documents
  • Handing out the finisher shirts
  • Clothes bag distribution
  • Course marshals
  • Course catering
  • Catering in the finish area
  • Post-finish catering
  • Start area
  • Guides (contact person for the runners)

Not only will you be part of a great team, but you will also receive the right clothing (hoodie + T-shirt) on the day of the event and will of course be provided with sufficient food and drink.
